Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing DistributePro, you confirm that you are an authorized employee or contractor of Protegy Supplements and agree to these terms. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Authorized Use

DistributePro is provided exclusively for internal business operations of Protegy Supplements. Authorized uses include:

• Managing client accounts and visit records
• Recording deliveries, orders, and credit memos
• Accessing sales and accounts receivable reports
• Viewing schedules and team assignments

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Access data beyond the scope of your assigned role
• Export, copy, or distribute business data outside of authorized workflows
• Attempt to circumvent security controls or access restrictions
• Use the application for any purpose unrelated to Protegy Supplements operations

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access or security incidents to your administrator immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

DistributePro, its design, and all business data within it are the property of Protegy Supplements. No rights are granted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the application or its data.

6. QuickBooks Integration

The QuickBooks Online integration is used solely for syncing financial data for internal reporting. Use of this integration is subject to Intuit's Terms of Service. Protegy Supplements is responsible for maintaining valid API credentials and ensuring the integration is used in accordance with Intuit's policies.

7. Termination

Access to DistributePro is granted at the discretion of Protegy Supplements management and may be revoked at any time. Upon termination of employment or contract, access will be disabled immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

DistributePro is provided as-is for internal use. Protegy Supplements makes no warranties beyond what is required by applicable law. The company is not liable for data loss resulting from user error.
